The P G BHAGWAT LLP NETWORK is a network of independent Chartered Accountancy firms registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India under Registration No. W/00003. It is constituted under the lead-firm model of the ICAI Networking Guidelines, with P G BHAGWAT LLP as the lead firm. The network exists for professional cooperation and the presentation of combined strength — it is not a partnership, LLP, merger or common-ownership arrangement, and every member firm remains legally, financially and managerially independent.

Three independent firms — P G BHAGWAT LLP as lead firm, with Nikhil Kenjale & Co and JDP & Co as member firms — each keeping its own registration, partners and clients. Together, their 19 partners bring more than 300 years of combined professional experience.
How member firms present the network
On every network assignment, each member firm discloses its affiliation using the approved expression —
— always shown alongside the firm's own name, and never in a way that implies partnership, merger or common ownership. On independent private assignments, a firm acts solely in its own name.
Years reflect each partner's professional experience; where a firm does not publish a figure, the partner's specialism and key credentials are shown instead.

The network is coordinated by a Network Committee with representation from every member firm and led by P G BHAGWAT LLP. The committee guides the network's shared quality and independence framework, the allocation of engagements, and the network's growth — so that clients experience one consistent standard across all member firms.
